We Want to Move Ahead with USMCA, Says Sen. Ernst

WASHINGTON—Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) today continued to press House Democrats on the need to move forward with ongoing trade negotiations, particularly the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). In her interview with Bloomberg TV, Ernst also discussed the harmful effects the retaliatory tariffs, specifically 232 steel and aluminum tariffs, are having on Iowa farmers and manufacturers, and the need to reach a good, fair trade deal with China.
