Ernst: Support a Small Business Today!
Small businesses make up over 99 percent of employers in Iowa.
WASHINGTON — Today, U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), Ranking Member of the Senate Small Business Committee, urged Iowans to shop small in support of National Small Business Week.
Ernst will be introducing a bipartisan resolution with Committee Chairman Ben Cardin (D-Md.) recognizing the week of April 30, 2023, through May 6, 2023, as “National Small Business Week” in celebration of American entrepreneurship and the small businesses driving local economies. This will be the 60th anniversary of the designation.
