WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) will host and chair a Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee field hearing next week in Iowa examining the steps that Iowa’s small businesses, local employers, schools, and policymakers are taking to address workforce challenges, and how federal policies can support these efforts.
