Ernst Calls for Clear Strategy for the Enduring Defeat of ISIS

U.S. Senator Joni Ernst, a combat veteran and chairman of the Senate Armed Services Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities, called on the Department of Defense (DoD), in conjunction with the Department of State to provide a plan to Congress within thirty days outlining the United States’ strategy to ensure ISIS will never again threaten Americans or our allies.
