Ernst says China’s wet markets should never again get US tax dollars
Yesterday, U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) proposed bipartisan legislation to ban taxpayer money from being spent at China’s unregulated ‘wet markets’ ever again. While the Trump Administration ended a government program that helped subsidize meat markets in China, there’s no laws on the books to prevent future administrations from recklessly spending hardworking Iowans’ tax dollars at these markets.
Senator Ernst joined Hannity to discuss her bill that would put a permanent end to this practice.
