SASC Ranking Member Ernst Questions SOCOM Leaders on Irregular Warfare

While questioning Special Operations Command (SOCOM) leaders at a SASC hearing, Ernst referred to testimony from earlier this year about the increase in asymmetric warfare by our adversaries in an effort to undermine longstanding U.S. conventional advantages. She noted the importance of special operations forces (SOF) which are uniquely suited to operate in the irregular warfare domain.
